Health Insurance provided by Medica. Clientek pays 100% of the monthly premium for you and your immediate family.

Dental Insurance provided by Delta Dental, paid for by Clientek.

Life Insurance / AD&D paid for by Clientek. Employee group term life insurance is provided in the amount of your annual salary, to a maximum of $50,000.

Short-Term Disability Insurance provides for 60% of your weekly earnings (up to weekly maximum benefit of $1200) for up to 26 weeks.

Long-Term Disability Insurance provides for 66 2/3% of your monthly earnings (up to monthly maximum benefit of $6000) until your normal social security retirement age.

Personal Time Off of three weeks (15 days) per year accrued monthly. Earn additional days of PTO as you advance through the ranks.

Overtime for each pay period is paid at straight time for all billable overtime hours.

There are eight paid holidays per calendar year (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and one day set each year by Clientek).
