Senior Technology Developer. With two to four years of relevant experience, a four-year college degree, and one vendor certification, our Senior Developers are responsible for hard-core technology implementation. Senior Developers demonstrate depth within a single technology, such as Java, C++, COM, or SQL. They understand the important implementation details associated with this technology and can readily relate it to the business requirements of a particular project. Senior Technology Developers are assigned to projects lead by a Clientek Consultant or Senior Consultant. While there is some contact directly with our clients, most Senior Developers interact primarily with other Clientek team members and the Lead Consultant for a particular engagement. Technology Consultant. Having three to six years of relevant experience, a four-year college degree, and one or more vendor certifications, our Technology Consultants are directly responsible for client projects. Consultants demonstrate depth within a single technology, such as DB2, WebSphere, or OOD and breadth across related technologies. They can navigate complex solutions clearly understanding implementation details as well as detailed business requirements. Technology Consultants work directly with our clients to analyze, plan, budget, and execute projects. Consultants interact with all team members, the client, and, when necessary, involved third party personnel. Senior Technology Consultant. Holding a minimum of five years of relevant experience, a four-year college degree, and two or more vendor certifications, a Senior Technology Consultant is directly responsible for multiple client projects. Senior Consultants demonstrate both depth and breadth within several technologies. They will analyze and implement strategic decisions concerning all aspects of multiple projects and are directly responsible for client statisfaction. Senior Consultants work directly our clients on all aspects of many projects. They also plan and execute strategic plans for both Clientek and its customers. Partner. Clientek Partners are directly responsible for the long-term success of the company and the unconditional satisfaction of every client. Partners maintain a breadth of knowledge and experience across one or more sectors. Partners have at least ten years of related experience and a four-year degree (or more).
