Batch-level traceability was built into production and inspection workflows, giving the organization a complete, auditable record of every step in the process.
Non-conformance tracking and quality escalation workflows were automated, cutting the time and effort required to identify, document, and resolve issues. Compliance and operational reporting were centralized into the same monitoring platform, eliminating the need to pull data from disconnected systems and giving leadership a consistent, reliable view of operations.
